Morag grew up in Auckland, New Zealand, before moving to Christchurch, and gaining a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Canterbury. After embarking on the big ‘overseas experience’ to the UK, she settled in London for 10 years and held various marketing and account management roles within multi-national accountancy and consulting companies.

Morag lives in the local community and has two sons who attend Tregony Community Primary School and The Roseland Academy.

After graduating from Cambridge in 1969, Bob spent 17 years working for Esso Petroleum, mainly in London. Bob then ran his own printing business in Plymouth for 13 years before joining Truro College in its Business Centre in 2000. He left the college in 2006 but continued with some freelance business advice work with them for a few more years.

For the past 24 years Paul has worked for a large house building company as a Site Manager across Devon and Cornwall, working on speculative and social housing developments of between 12 and 450 units. He spent a few years in Dubai and Oman when he left school training as a motor mechanic.

Alex has experience at governor level across a number of education settings in Cornwall, and has transitioned into supporting Boards across the primary and secondary education sectors for the past five years, providing advice on governance matters and ensuring board compliance.

Alex has previously worked in operations at a local college; in HR; as a librarian and in the food manufacturing industry. Alex has a degree in Philosophy with History of Art and a postgraduate diploma in Information and Library Management.
